Responsibilities * Provide technical support for computing devices (PCs, laptops, and printers). * Perform installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of hardware and software. * Install and update operating systems and applications. * Manage user accounts and provide support for IT tools. * Assist with basic network configuration (internet, Wi\-Fi, routers, and switches). * Perform backups and provide user support as required. Requirements * Technician or graduate in Computer Science and Informatics, Technical Support, or Networks * Basic knowledge of computer maintenance. * Basic knowledge of operating system and software installation and configuration. * Basic knowledge of computer networking. * Basic familiarity with computer and printer hardware. * Ability to learn, sense of responsibility, initiative, and service orientation.
