At Pacífico Motors, we seek individuals passionate about customer service and sales, with a service-oriented mindset and results-driven attitude, to manage commercial opportunities generated through our digital and physical channels. **Job Objective** Efficiently manage leads generated through various acquisition channels by providing timely and personalized attention to potential customers, continuously following up on commercial opportunities, and contributing to the company's sales targets. **Responsibilities** * Contact assigned prospects promptly via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. * Provide clear and accurate information about vehicles, promotions, marketing campaigns, and company services. * Properly qualify and record lead information in established management systems. * Continuously follow up with prospects throughout the entire commercial process. * Coordinate appointments and referrals with sales advisors and relevant departments. * Keep the customer and prospect database up to date. * Meet management indicators related to response time, follow-up, and lead conversion. * Ensure a customer service experience aligned with Pacífico Motors’ quality and service standards. * Prepare follow-up and results reports when required. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telemarketing, contact centers, sales, or commercial management. * Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office at the user level. * Experience managing CRM systems (preferred). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational, follow-up, and multi-client management abilities. * Customer orientation and goal achievement focus. * Availability to work in Cusco.
