Opportunity for career development in the industrial sector A nationally present technology company is looking for a Level 2 Technical Support Technician to provide on-site support to an industrial-sector company located in Lurín. The position aims to manage the client's site and deliver microcomputer support, ensuring agile, organized, and service-oriented assistance. **Requirements** * Minimum of **1 year of on-site technical support experience** * **Technical or university graduate** in **Systems, Computing, Networks, and/or related fields** * Proficiency in **Windows environments** and **Microsoft tools** * Experience managing tickets via **JIRA** * Availability to work during the following hours: :\- Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. .\- Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Availability to work at **Av. Gasoducto s/n, Lurín 1582** * Strong communication, organizational, and service-oriented skills **Responsibilities** * Provide on-site technical support in **Windows environments and Microsoft platform** * Address microcomputer support incidents and user requests. * Provide support for **Office 365\.** * Register, track, and close tickets in **JIRA** * Comply with operational procedures and service metrics. * Manage equipment assignment, control, and return (inventory). * Handle user interactions and escalate incidents as appropriate. * Coordinate with vendors and third parties to resolve incidents. **Conditions** * MYPE payroll, including: \- 15 annual vacation days \- ESSALUD health insurance * Corporate equipment for job performance (laptop and mobile phone) * Opportunity to grow within a corporate environment in the industrial sector Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
