The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **MONITOR - SURCO** **FUNCTIONS:** * Support the teaching team in program activities and sessions. * Motivate and accompany the group proactively and responsibly. * Promote positive and cooperative attitudes among participants. * Report incidents or needs to the coordinator. * Assist in preparing and organizing materials and spaces. * Participate in team meetings and training sessions. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience working with children * Completed secondary education * Availability to work in Surco (Jr. Francisco Javier Mariátegui 350) * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/600.00 * Formal payroll starting on Day 1 * Pleasant work environment Position type: Part-time Salary: S/.600.00 per month Scheduled hours: 24 per week Work location: On-site employment
