At El Leñador JV, we continue growing and are looking for a committed, organized leader with experience as a Store Manager — Full-Time position. Requirements: University graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager, Store Leader, Store Supervisor, or similar role. Availability to work in areas near Villa El Salvador. Responsibilities: Plan and direct store team activities to meet the established sales budget. Monitor and supervise sales, cashier, and warehouse team activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and customer service protocols (work schedules, overtime, vacations, etc.). Supervise and control store operations, adhering to established parameters to ensure proper functioning and compliance with current regulations. Supervise and manage product displays to ensure a positive customer shopping experience. Manage appropriate inventory levels to maintain expected stock for sales execution.
