At LADERSAM Consultores S.A.C., a Peruvian firm specializing in auditing, accounting, business consulting, and tax advisory services—with 27 years of experience and an independent member of BKR International since 2013—we are looking to welcome the following role to our team: **ACCOUNTING INTERN** **Job Description:** Provide support in accounting and tax-related activities, including participation in the recording, control, and analysis of financial information, as well as compliance with accounting and tax procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record purchase and sales invoices in **Starsoft**. * Record and monitor bank transactions. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Review and validate pending expense reports. * Monitor SUNAT’s electronic mailbox. * Support for electronic accounting books (PLE). * Support in preparing and reviewing accounting and tax information. * Organize and archive accounting documentation. * Prepare reports and assist with other departmental tasks. **Requirements:** * Graduate in **Accounting**. * Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting functions (preferred). * **Proficiency in Starsoft – mandatory.** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations. * Availability to undertake professional internships. **We Are Looking For:** * Proactivity and initiative. * Responsibility and commitment. * Analytical ability. * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Results orientation. * Professional ethics and integrity. * Strong motivation to learn and grow. **What We Offer:** * Accident insurance. * Certificate of professional internship. * Professional learning and development. * Participation in accounting and tax projects. * Mentorship from experienced professionals. * Career path opportunity. **Terms:** * Type: Professional internship agreement * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Work modality: On-site * Economic stipend: S/. 1,130 * Workplace: San Isidro **If you meet the profile and wish to begin or strengthen your professional experience in accounting, we want to meet you!** **Apply now and join the LADERSAM team.** Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
