Position: Professional Accounting Intern **Work Location:** San Isidro **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. What Will Be Your Mission? Support the Accounting Department in controlling and recording revenue collection from stores and e\-commerce, analyzing assigned accounts, and recording accounting transactions in the Concar ERP system—ensuring timely and reconciled information. Main Responsibilities: * Daily verification of store cash sales and issuance of pending deposit reports to Supervisors. * Verification and control of card and e\-commerce income, including review and recording of card chargebacks. * Analysis of the **Store Cash** account and follow-up on receivables from store managers and store credit cards. * Analysis of accounting accounts **16 and 18** for Group companies and execution of corresponding accruals. * Application and control of store credit notes, verifying correct issuance per RMS. * Recording of authorized accounting transactions and documents, providing support in recording tax withholdings (detracciones). * Recording and control of financial expenses, such as ITF and bank fees, as well as card commissions. * Calculation, recording, and control of fixed-asset depreciation. What Are We Looking For? * Graduate of the **Accounting** program. * Availability to undertake professional internships. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Prior experience in accounting or financial functions is desirable. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organization, responsibility, and compliance orientation. * Proactivity and willingness to learn.
