Development of projects for public sector entities A consulting firm is seeking a Project Coordination Architect to join its consulting team. Requirements: * Academic background: Degree in Architecture. * Experience: Minimum five (05\) years of professional experience in coordinating, managing, supervising, or administering investment projects, preferably those developed for public sector entities. Experience in preparing, reviewing, and monitoring technical files, pre-investment studies, and/or infrastructure project implementation will be valued. * Knowledge: Specialization in Project Management, Public Investment, Tax-Funded Projects (OxI), Invierte.pe, technical files, and state procurement is desirable. * Tools proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD. Familiarity with other project planning and monitoring tools will be valued. Competencies: Planning and organizational skills, leadership, effective communication, multidisciplinary coordination, results orientation, and ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
