




Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Supervisor to coordinate and supervise maintenance tasks, manage resources, and ensure efficient execution of work in industrial facilities. Leadership and effective communication in industrial environments **Project Supervisor** **Responsibilities:** * Distribute, assign, and coordinate tasks from the daily work schedule and unscheduled facility/equipment maintenance activities. * Supervise the execution of assigned tasks by personnel under their supervision, coordinating with third parties for scheduled and unscheduled work execution. * Coordinate with Operations, SSOMA, and Quality departments. * Monitor monthly tool inventory control, including hand tools (technicians’ toolkits) and warehouse tools (diagnostic tools). * Monitor order and cleanliness before, during, and after maintenance work execution in workshops and field locations. * Control work orders and work notifications, supervising the technical closure of work orders / work notifications. * Manage monitoring of weekly and daily plan preparation. * Implement contingency and/or action plans defined for unplanned shutdown events. **Requirements:** * Licensed professional in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial plants (cement plant experience preferred / certified). * Knowledge of crew quantification based on construction scheduling. * Experience implementing automation systems, instrumentation, and industrial installations. * Knowledge of surface-mounted conduit systems. * Experience assembling switchgear cells, distribution panels, and transformers. * Knowledge of electrical conductor laying. * Knowledge of SSOMA management. * Proficiency in computer applications: AutoCAD, E\-plan, Dialux, Revit, and others. * Immediate availability **Skills:** * Leadership * Communication * Working under pressure * Analytical thinking * Communication * Teamwork Salary according to evaluation "At BBTI SAC, we believe in equal opportunities for all individuals regardless of gender, origin, race, nationality, generation, diverse abilities and/or disabilities, in accordance with Law No. 29973, General Law for Persons with Disabilities" Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
