We are currently seeking a committed professional who wishes to join our team: **RESTAURANT MANAGER** for our location in the district of **LOS OLIVOS**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff (dining area, kitchen, and support and production areas). * Provide ongoing training to restaurant staff (dining area, kitchen, and support and production areas). * Ensure compliance with service protocols, dish quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Manage inventories, shrinkage, and supply replenishment (ordering from suppliers). * Monitor sales, cost, and productivity indicators. * Schedule shifts and manage the team according to operational demand. * Lead, train, and evaluate staff. * Resolve customer incidents promptly. * Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. * Report results and incidents to General Management; and perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Hospitality, Gastronomy, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in restaurants or chains. * Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility. * Knowledge of operational management, inventory control, and cost management. * Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety. * Intermediate-level proficiency in POS systems and computer tools. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one — MYPE payroll. * Competitive salary aligned with the labor market. * Meal allowance covered. * Job stability. * Career growth path and training opportunities.
