Being part of a leading company in the automotive sector ***Drive your career toward success with KLM GROUP!*** We are looking for a **SALES ADMINISTRATOR** who is organized, analytical, and results-oriented, capable of ensuring proper administrative and operational control of our vehicle units. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for administering and controlling the entire vehicle management process—from acquisition to delivery—ensuring proper stock handling, commercial tracking, and achievement of departmental performance indicators. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Manage the purchase of light and heavy vehicles via the Dealer Portal. \- Register purchase orders and maintain up-to-date unit stock records. \- Coordinate vehicle reception, inspection, and transfer. \- Track vehicle status, verifying availability, DUA numbers, and chassis assignment to finalize sales. \- Supervise the issuance process of GLP certificates, as well as the status of property cards and license plates. \- Prepare strategic reports for Commercial Management, such as: * Months of Stock (MOS). * Sell In and Sell Out. * Weekly stock progress report. * Monthly consolidated sales report including additional products (loans, insurance, collective funds, and GPS). \- Record daily sales progress in the Dealer Portal, contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives. ***What are we looking for?*** \- Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. \- Experience in the automotive sector. \- Knowledge of goods sales processes. \- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools. ***What we offer*** \- Formal employment under the General Regime. \- Opportunity for growth and professional development. \- Being part of a leading and continuously growing company in the automotive sector. *Join KLM GROUP and accelerate your professional development with us!* Workplace: On-site employment
