Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** * Refine and support Shapers and Product Owners in defining project scope; resolve problems and impediments in technical solutions during refinement; estimate effort required to deliver MVPs according to guidelines defined by SDA and CEA * Receive project scope transferred by Shapers; participate in planning activities for the quarter (Q); participate in defining and recording commitments for each MVP to be developed during the Q * Manage multi-disciplinary local projects; propose technical solutions within a specific domain, considering various approaches, and act as a resolver of technical issues at the development, performance, stability, and other levels * Identify key project activities and synchronize their execution with collaborating work teams * Prepare required functional and technical documentation for project development; build software components according to guidelines, under defined development standards and the Bank’s security policies; prepare and execute test cases aligned with functional and technical project requirements; ensure adherence to guidelines within the team * Ensure correct end-to-end operation of the implemented solution; coordinate and execute the handover plan of implemented solutions to the responsible team (Reliability) * Participate in Communities of Practice and/or NetWorks; engage in training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives implemented by the Bank; author manuals or guides for implemented solutions to be shared across teams * Attend ceremonies defined within the agile archetype assigned to the project; implement agile practices and artifacts throughout project development * Promote Agile principles and values within the team; facilitate resolution of blockers and dependencies; support evolution of team members’ technical skills and soft skills * And other duties inherent to the position or supporting its continuous improvement Requirements: * Technical diploma or university degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields * 4–5 years of full-stack development experience * Experience implementing integrations (APIs) * Experience addressing cross-cutting security topics (e.g., layers, data quality, etc.) * Proficiency in DBMS (Oracle, SQL) * Knowledge of architecture * Soft skills: teamwork, proactivity, adaptability **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to achieve a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
