ELOMUX is seeking Systems Analysis and Documentation Interns to participate in software projects, produce technical documentation, and strengthen knowledge within a technology-driven environment.

The ELOMUX Training Program is seeking Systems Analysis and Documentation Interns interested in strengthening their knowledge and advancing their professional careers through participation in real-world projects within a technology-driven environment.
This position targets university students, institute students, or individuals interested in professionally developing expertise in functional analysis, technical documentation, and systems analysis.
You will participate in defining the functional scope of software projects, authoring user stories, technical documentation, diagrams, and requirements that serve as the foundation for Backend, Frontend, Database, and Project Management teams. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your knowledge, gain hands-on experience, and develop professional skills using industry-standard methodologies, standards, and tools in the software industry, as well as learn Scrum practices and TOGAF fundamentals adapted to ELOMUX’s enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce functional and technical documentation for projects.
- Author User Stories (US) and Epics.
- Document business processes, rules, and system functionalities.
- Create UML diagrams and process diagrams.
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
- Organize and maintain the Product Backlog.
- Support API documentation and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, and Database teams to ensure requirement traceability.
- Participate in documentation reviews and improvement proposals.
- Serve as a Systems Analyst and Documenter within assigned projects, with potential progression to the role of Business Architect.
