Collaboration in system updates and security patches. *Provide technical support for computer systems, networks, and applications, contributing to the proper functioning of the organization's technological infrastructure.* **Job Objectives** · Support the management and maintenance of equipment, networks, and servers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Address hardware and software incidents reported by users. · Install and configure operating systems and applications. · Support user account management (Microsoft 365\). · Collaborate in system updates and security patches. · Monitor network status and report anomalies. · Support basic configuration of switches, routers, and access points. · Prepare incident and activity reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Technical diploma and/or final-cycle student in Computer Science and Information Technology or related fields. · Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows), networks, and Microsoft 365\. · Proactivity, ability to learn, and teamwork skills. **PERFORMANCE INDICATORS** · Average incident resolution time. · Completion rate of assigned tasks. **BENEFITS:** · Minimum remuneration · FOLA private insurance Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
