Responsibilities and Authorities Technically lead the migration of Angular applications to Angular 21\. Lead the decoupling of OIM into a Microfrontend architecture. Define and validate the implementation of Microfrontends, Module Federation, Shell, routing, and lazy loading. Define guidelines for using components, services, and shared libraries across different applications. Analyze existing code, identify dependencies and incompatibilities, and define technical migration strategies. Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development, architecture, and quality standards. Participate in defining and documenting the architecture using the C4 model and other required technical artifacts. Coordinate technically with developers, architects, frontend, backend, infrastructure, and cloud teams, managing dependencies and risks. Ensure application of code quality practices, unit test coverage, and automated E2E testing. Participate in defining solutions considering their evolution and future migration to Cloud environments, preferably AWS. Requirements and Qualifications Mandatory Requirements 3\+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in Angular and TypeScript. 1 to 2 years leading frontend teams. Proven experience as a Senior Developer in medium- or high-complexity projects. Hands-on experience in Angular migrations across different versions. Hands-on experience in Microfrontend architectures, application decoupling, and Module Federation. Knowledge of software architecture and the C4 model for solution documentation and communication. Backend knowledge, preferably Java and/or .NET, and experience integrating via REST APIs. Experience in unit testing, code coverage, and automated E2E testing. Experience participating in Cloud migration or implementation projects, preferably AWS. Knowledge of Git and CI/CD. Desirable Experience in defining frontend architecture standards and guidelines. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services. Experience in insurance or financial sector projects. Knowledge of quality tools such as SonarQube. Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
