Career path ***Technical Support*** * Mode: On-site * Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. \| Saturdays 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * Day off: Sundays * Salary: up to S/ 1,500 (subject to evaluation) * REMYPE payroll ***What will be your challenge?*** Provide basic technical support to users, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and systems, and contributing to fast and efficient service. ***Responsibilities:*** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures. * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment. * Configure operating systems, applications, and Microsoft Office. * Manage printers, scanners, and peripherals. * Configure LAN, WiFi, routers, and switches. * Perform structured cabling and RJ45 cable crimping. * Configure and support security cameras and DVR/NVR systems. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Document incidents and assist users. ***Requirements:*** * Technical graduate in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience of **6 months to 1 year** (including internships). * Basic knowledge of Windows and Office tools. * Basic networking knowledge (internet, WiFi, LAN). * Prior user support experience is desirable. ***Benefits:*** * Good work environment * Continuous training * Career path Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How old are you? * Do you agree with the parameters mentioned? * Is your availability immediate? * Please provide your current mobile number Workplace: On-site employment
