Join a growing metal-mechanical company A metal-mechanical company is seeking a Technical Draftsperson with experience in steel structures modeled in Tekla to join the Engineering Department. Requirements: Technical degree in Technical Drawing, Steel Structure Drawing, Metal Construction, or related fields is mandatory, along with proven experience and knowledge of Tekla. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in Tekla Structures is mandatory, specifically for steel structure modeling and detailing. Advanced-level proficiency in AutoCAD 2D. Knowledge of reading and interpreting steel structure drawings. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and standard office software. Experience in metal-mechanical companies, steel structure fabrication, or industrial projects is desirable. Main Responsibilities: Prepare fabrication, assembly, and detail drawings for steel structures. Perform quantity take-offs and material lists for steel fabrication. Support project development within the Engineering Department. Conduct field surveys and transfer collected data into drawings/models. Verify that steel structure fabrication complies with approved drawings. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Assembly departments to ensure proper project execution.
