We are looking for a **Telecommunications Technical Support Supervisor** to lead the execution and supervision of technical services related to telecommunications infrastructure, structured cabling, and electronic systems. We seek a professional with experience in managing technical teams, activity planning, and service quality assurance. What Will Be Your Responsibilities? * Supervise and coordinate technical support activities in telecommunications. * Plan and control installation, maintenance, and operation tasks for telecommunications infrastructure. * Supervise structured cabling, network, and electronic systems projects. * Coordinate field technical staff and ensure adherence to work schedules. * Verify compliance with technical standards, quality procedures, and safety regulations. * Manage technical incident response and resolution. * Prepare technical reports, management indicators, and progress reports. * Coordinate with clients and involved departments to ensure proper service execution.
