We are a specialized telecommunications engineering company seeking a **Treasury Analyst / Accounts Payable Analyst** to support payment management, reconciliations, and financial control. This role is intended for professionals with experience in treasury and accounts payable functions, possessing strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in teams. **Responsibilities** * Validate invoices and supporting documents according to internal policies and deadlines. * Record and reconcile accounts payable in the accounting system/ERP. * Schedule and execute payments: bank transfers, checks, tax withholdings (detracciones), tax retentions (retenciones), etc. * Perform bank account monitoring and reconciliation. * Track due dates and schedule payments accordingly. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments including Procurement, Accounting, and Projects. * Manage tax withholdings (detracciones), tax perceptions (percepciones), and other taxes associated with the payment process. * Prepare treasury reports: cash flow statements, bank balances, and supplier performance indicators. * Comply with internal controls, audits, and ISO standards. **Benefits** * Continuous training in accounting, financial, and administrative processes. * Positive work environment and collaborative teamwork. * Opportunity for growth within the Administration and Finance department.
