Pleasant working environment **Requirements** * Degree in Accounting. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Solid accounting and financial knowledge. * Experience in internal and/or external auditing. * Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and internal control. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Office tools (desirable). **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct reviews and evaluations of the company's financial, operational, and administrative processes. * Analyze processes, controls, and documentation to identify risks, findings, and improvement opportunities. * Participate in the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal audits. * Prepare audit reports containing observations, conclusions, and recommendations. * Follow up on the implementation of action plans and proposed improvements by the department. * Verify compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. * Provide support in other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Competencies:** * High sense of responsibility and professional ethics. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organization and planning skills. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and results orientation. **Working Conditions:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Opportunity for learning and professional growth. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM at the Derby. * Pleasant working environment. * Stability and development within the organization.
