Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to perform receiving, loading, unloading, picking, dispatching, organizing, cleaning, inventory support, and applying FIFO/FEFO methodologies. EPS coverage and profit-sharing **WAREHOUSE OPERATOR** **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of certified experience in this position. * Experience operating electric stackers (preferred). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Availability for rotating shifts: * Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Monday to Saturday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. * Residence in areas adjacent to Lurín. **Responsibilities:** * Receiving, loading, and unloading of goods. * Picking and dispatching of products. * Organizing and cleaning the warehouse. * Supporting inventory activities. * Applying FIFO and FEFO methodologies for proper product rotation. * Complying with safety and storage procedures. * Familiarity or experience operating electric stackers is preferred (not mandatory; training will be provided). **Benefits:** * Inclusion in payroll with all statutory benefits. * Salary of S/ 1,500\. * Night allowance. * Meal allowance of S/ 200\. * 50% EPS coverage. * Profit-sharing. * Birthday leave day. * Initial contract for 3 months, renewable. * Educational agreements with SENATI (technical programs for employees' children). * Access to free online courses with certificates for employees and their family members. * **Gross monthly income up to S/ 2,200, including overtime and allowances.** We look forward to your application and welcome you to join our team!
