DESCRIPTION Supervise post-harvest operations, ensuring the correct execution of receipt, storage, transportation, and dispatch processes for the product, guaranteeing quality standards, food safety, traceability, and operational efficiency. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise receipt, storage, and transportation activities for post-harvest products. * Ensure compliance with established operational procedures, quality standards, and food safety requirements. * Monitor operational indicators and propose actions for continuous improvement. * Coordinate and supervise operational personnel in the area, promoting goal achievement and procedural compliance. * Control the efficient use of resources, materials, and operational time. * Prepare management reports and track post-harvest operations. * Ensure product traceability throughout the entire process. * Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations for the area. REQUIREMENTS ### **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Agroindustrial Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields. ### **Specialization** * Specialization or courses related to Post-Harvest, Quality, Food Safety, or Agroindustrial Processes are desirable. ### **Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience in Post-Harvest Supervisor, Post-Harvest Trainee, or similar roles. * Experience supervising operational processes in packing facilities, agroindustrial plants, or collection centers. * Experience leading operational staff. **Competencies** ---------------- * Team leadership. * Organization and planning. * Results orientation. * Problem solving. * Effective communication. * Analytical ability. * Working under pressure.
