Requirements: \- Willingness to learn black work (rough construction) and white work (finishing). \- Adequate writing and reading comprehension skills. \- Moderate knowledge of CAD / MS / Quantity Surveying / S-Curve. \- Top fifth of class. \- Passion for construction (Essential) Responsibilities: \- Revision of layout drawings, specialty drawings, and 3D designs according to field team or specialty professional instructions. \- Active participation in construction supervision and finishing works. \- Sourcing materials and services for budget preparation according to specialty professional instructions. IMPORTANT: Work Location: Branch Lima Norte Priority will be given to candidates with technical degrees residing in Lima Norte (SMP / Olivos / Callao).
