Performance evaluation with potential salary increase COLLECTIONS AND FINANCIAL CONTROL · Company: Telsur General Services Authorized distributor of Claro Work modality: In-person Working hours: Office hours · Position description A Claro distributor is seeking an Accountant or Accounting Graduate for the Collections department, responsible for the company's comprehensive financial control, including preparation of economic reports and operational results, as well as coordination with an external accounting firm. · Main responsibilities Management and control of Claro commission collections. Tracking and validation of commission income. Comprehensive treasury management of the company. Payroll processing for staff. Management of Telecrédito and Net Cash. Cash reconciliations. Preparation of economic reports and internal balance sheets to assess whether operations generate profit or loss. Submission of clear financial performance reports to management. Ongoing coordination with external accounting firm. Delivery and validation of accounting and financial information for monthly closings. · Requirements University degree in Accounting, Economics, Administration, or Industrial Engineering. (Bachelor's degree). Technical/institute qualifications are not accepted. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and collections. Experience in payroll processing. Proficiency in Telecrédito and Net Cash. Intermediate-level Excel skills (analysis and reporting). Financial analysis capability and report preparation skills. High level of organization, responsibility, and confidentiality. · Conditions Starting salary: S/ 2,000. Performance evaluation after 3 months, with potential salary increase based on results.
