We are experiencing continuous growth and seek to hire a Security Agent for our Ventanilla store, committed to prevention, order, and customer service. · RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain constant surveillance within the store, identifying risks and applying preventive measures to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and assets. Supervise compliance with internal security regulations in the assigned area. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, following established protocols. Guide and direct customers to the appropriate department according to their needs. · REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1 year of experience in security positions (mandatory and verifiable). Currently enrolled in or having completed university or technical studies. Strong customer service skills and assertive communication. Availability to work Monday through Saturday (fixed day off on Sundays). Residence in areas adjacent to Ventanilla or nearby districts.
