At GLOBAL FIBER - PERU, we are looking for an organized, analytical professional with a passion for teaching who ensures proper document management and strengthens the technical capabilities of our teams. What will be your mission? Ensure the creation, organization, and updating of project technical documentation, as well as lead training processes that guarantee correct use and maintenance of implemented systems. Main Responsibilities: Develop technical manuals and project documentation. Record configurations, inventories, and network diagrams. Design training materials for technicians and end users. Deliver training on system usage and maintenance. Ensure order and up-to-dateness of technical documentation. Manage signing of contractual documents (minutes, training records, etc.). We are looking for someone who has: Technical or professional education in Telecommunications, Systems, or related fields. Experience in preparing technical documentation. Minimum 2 years of experience in user training or capacity building. Ability to organize technical information clearly and systematically. Basic knowledge of telecommunications networks.
