Personnel management and leadership development The company **S\&S REFRIGERACIÓN S.A.C.** is currently seeking personnel in the air conditioning and ventilation field — graduates or those currently completing their final cycles in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. \- Located near the district of LA MOLINA. (Mandatory) \- Direct payroll enrollment \- bonuses, vacation benefits, insurance, etc. \- Career progression path. \- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:30 PM. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Prepare quotations. 3\. Expense reporting. 4\. Control expenses within your assigned zone. 2\. Provide logistical support. 3\. Receive calls from customers and technicians. 4\. Prepare fieldwork reports and activity summaries. 5\. Plan preventive and corrective maintenance. 6\. Issue work orders. 7\. Delegate tasks to technicians in coordination with the Operations Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. **MINIMUM PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:** 1\. Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. 2\. Personnel management experience. 3\. Leadership skills. 4\. Analytical thinking. 5\. Strong communication skills. 6\. Proactive attitude. 7\. Teamwork orientation. **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** 1\.
