Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive FTTH Installation Technician with strong teamwork skills, focused on fiber optic cable laying and installation, as well as troubleshooting. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a proactive **FTTH Installation Technician** with excellent teamwork capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess technical skills in fiber optic cable laying and installation, as well as a problem-solving mindset and commitment to achieving objectives. **Responsibilities** * Perform fiber optic cable laying, relocation, and connector replacement. * Operate fiber optic equipment. * Ensure proper installation and operation of FTTH networks. * Comply with safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for work at heights. * Manage documentation related to completed installations. **Requirements** * Valid driver's license (Category A1\). * Knowledge of PPE usage and experience in working at heights. * Familiarity with FTTH networks and fiber optic equipment is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Results-oriented with commitment to deadlines. **Benefits** * Fixed salary starting from S/ 1,500 \+ driving bonus. * Unlimited production bonuses. * Weekly fuel allowance. * Mobility rental allowance ranging from S/900 to S/ 1,200. * New hires without experience will receive training. **Location:** * We are located 10 minutes from Plaza Norte.
