We are seeking talent to fill the position of JUNIOR APPLICATIONS ANALYST at our SAN ISIDRO office: WHAT BRINGS YOU CLOSER TO THIS OPENING? + Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or Computer Science + Intermediate or advanced English proficiency + Knowledge of SQL databases + Ability to work with Windows and Linux operating systems. + Prior experience providing end-user support for connectivity and applications. + Research capability and ability to learn new technologies. WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? + Operate and administer applications residing on Linux systems. + Manage application-related incidents via ticketing system. + Ensure application service continuity (application backups, high-availability configuration, etc.) + Configure scripts to automate operational tasks.
