Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for our Operations team, responsible for providing the requirements needed to execute projects, supporting logistics and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the creation of supplier and customer information 2. Control and tracking of the Kardex 3. Generation of purchase orders in the ERP system Indexum is a company specializing in Protection Systems, Control Systems, and SCADA systems, focused on delivering complete systems and partial solutions to our clients in system design and integration. We are currently seeking professionals to join our Operations team, the department responsible for fulfilling the requirements requested for project execution. What will you do? Receive and validate purchases. Manage, control, and track the Kardex. Support the creation of supplier and customer information. Support inventory control of company materials. Obtain quotations for requirements from various departments. Obtain quotations for domestic land transportation of equipment. Ship materials according to project and/or service requirements. Support the submission and tracking of documents for new suppliers. Generate purchase orders in the company's ERP system. What profile are we looking for? Graduates in Industrial Engineering or Administration. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of internship experience. Basic to intermediate Excel skills. Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management. Proficiency with digital tools (Drive, spreadsheets, email). Our Benefits!
