Opportunity for professional development and a positive work environment At DESYSWEB S.A.C., a company specialized in technological and telecommunications solutions, we are currently seeking professionals with N2 technical support experience, analytical capability, results orientation, and expertise in diagnosis, troubleshooting, and escalation of incidents related to networks and telecommunications infrastructure. Requirements: Technical professionals or university graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields. TELDTAT and CCNA certifications — MANDATORY Valid Fortinet FCP or NSE4 certification preferred, or Palo Alto certification Proven experience in networking (Routers and Switches — Cisco — Huawei) Basic experience in WiFi networks (Aruba Central, Cisco WLC, UniFi) Completion of the CCNA certification (Switching, BGP Routing, QoS) Minimum 2 years of experience Main Responsibilities: Administer the client's WiFi network (public and administrative WiFi). Prepare monthly and on-demand reports on service, connectivity, and commercial aspects. Coordinate support with the portal administrator and internal departments for WAN/LAN incidents. Administer the LAN infrastructure (enabling/disabling ports, VLAN configuration, service activation, and AP activation). Validate on-site the proper functioning of the WiFi service and provide user support. Manage and update the operator’s ticketing tool. Escalate incidents to manufacturers and generate branded tickets when required. Propose service improvement plans. Perform troubleshooting on CPE devices, media converters, and access switches. Coordinate deployment of technical personnel (internal or external teams) as needed. · Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
