Detect, report, track, and validate resolution of outages, alarms, connectivity losses, or service degradation. Execute activations of new services on platforms such as OLT. Validate technical parameters during activations (e.g., VLAN, profiles, authentication, etc.). Resolve faults via remote diagnosis and testing. Escalate incidents exceeding their intervention level to the appropriate teams. Track cases until final resolution. Support scheduled maintenance and remote corrective tasks. Coordinate with field technicians to resolve issues in external plant or end-customer locations.
