Job Summary: We are seeking an NOC Operator to monitor networks, manage services, and resolve faults, with a proactive approach and strong responsiveness. Key Highlights: 1. First-level fault analysis and resolution Our client, a telecommunications company, is looking for an NOC Operator responsible for proactively monitoring the network and services using NMS tools, managing service activation processes, and resolving faults through first-level analysis. PROFILE: Technical or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience. Solid knowledge of configuration and monitoring of MikroTik equipment (Winbox) and Huawei/SmartOLT platforms. Experience in headend TV management and streaming software (Cesbo Astra proficiency is desirable). Ability to generate reports in Excel or Power BI. Full willingness to learn and immediately apply new protocol and network tool updates. Proactivity in assuming new responsibilities and proposing improvements to monitoring processes. Ability to quickly identify fiber cuts, network saturation, or satellite interference. Technical writing skills for incident reports and smooth coordination with field personnel across multiple locations. Focus on meeting availability and response time KPIs. Flexibility to work rotating shifts and cover on-call duties as required by operational needs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor network and service status in real time using NMS tools. Detect, report, track, and validate resolution of outages, alarms, connectivity losses, or service degradation. Execute activations of new services on platforms such as OLT. Validate technical parameters during activations (e.g., VLAN, profiles, authentication, etc.). Resolve faults via remote diagnosis and testing. Escalate incidents exceeding their intervention level to the appropriate teams. Track cases until final resolution. Support scheduled maintenance and remote corrective tasks. Coordinate with field technicians to resolve issues in external plant or end-customer locations.
