Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators to manage product production and maintain order in the workplace. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage product production 2. We are Progestión Perú, acting on behalf of FORSAC—one of Peru's largest companies—and we are currently looking for: PRODUCTION OPERATORS FOR LOS OLIVOS WHAT DO WE OFFER? Base salary: S/. 1130.00 + night shift bonus Ongoing training and career development path. Full payroll registration with Progestión, including all statutory benefits from day one of employment. REQUIREMENTS: Completed secondary education with a 5th-year secondary certificate or CUL (mandatory). More than 6 months of experience in production. Availability to work in the afternoon: Av. Gerardo Unger 5339 (2 blocks from Naranjal Roundabout) RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage product production. Assign coordination tasks and oversee environmental management for residual products generated during production, without diverting focus from current production priorities. Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. Comply with the Management System guidelines. WORK SCHEDULE: Rotating schedule with one day off per week Day, afternoon, and night shifts.
