Perform basic tasks under the guidance and supervision of a supervisor. Assist in creating and updating guidelines for the Business Support System (BSS). Handle GNOC incidents (create products, create new users, transfer users to different branches, block users). Train departments on system updates. Support acceptance testing and upcode activities. Analyze business requirements by working directly with relevant departments, clarify needs, and translate them into system requirement documents.
