We are seeking talent for our TRAINEE PROGRAM at our SAN ISIDRO office: WHAT BRINGS YOU CLOSER TO THIS POSITION? Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Intermediate or advanced English proficiency—both oral and written—(mandatory; will be assessed) Intermediate MS Office skills Knowledge of SQL, MySQL, Oracle, MariaDB Linux proficiency Prior internship experience or academic IT projects are desirable. · WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? Support monitoring and tracking of IT operational activities and incidents. Assist in validating, updating, and documenting IT operational processes and procedures. Collaborate in resolving issues and tracking escalations under supervisor guidance. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to IT operational efficiency.
