Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor, a graduate/bachelor in Engineering or related fields, with knowledge in telecommunications, personnel management, and power systems. General Requirements: - General knowledge of the telecommunications industry. - Experience in personnel performance management and evaluation using KPIs. - Knowledge of AC/DC power, optical fiber, and their implementation. - Fieldwork experience. - Knowledge of power systems and access nodes. - Knowledge of networking, microwave links, SLA hours, and work documentation. - Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Earth, and web-based tools. - Soft skills to coordinate with office and field personnel at all times during working hours.
