Job Summary: Responsible for leading, inspiring, and developing the test team in ISTQB methodological excellence and Agile Testing, managing demand, and ensuring project quality. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of continuous improvement and adherence to best testing practices. **Job Description****Mission** Responsible for leading, inspiring, and growing the test team in ISTQB methodological excellence and Agile Testing. **Responsibilities** * Manage test team demand and activity allocation for the client's prioritized projects, monitoring and evaluating test team members' performance. * Lead the planning, design, estimation, functional and non-functional test strategy, and test execution phases. * Ensure compliance with established best testing practices based on ISTQB and Agile Testing methodological guidelines. * Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, ensuring the test team understands and aligns with the project requirements' scope. * Develop the project's test automation strategy. * Design, develop, and execute automation scripts with support from the test team. * Identify, log, and ensure correction of detected defects. * Organize, stimulate, and encourage collaboration and motivation among project team members. * Promote continuous improvement of the testing process and implementation of improvement actions. * Ensure achievement of project KPIs. * Ensure adherence to Inetum’s and the client’s values, norms, and policies. * Collaborate with other project team roles. **Profile*** University graduate in Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 3 years of experience leading test teams, with advanced knowledge of traditional and Agile project management. * Experience in test data strategy. * Certifications in SCRUM and ISTQB. * Practical experience with automated testing tools: Selenium, UFT, Postman, etc. * Experience leading highly complex projects with multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of quality management tools: Quality Center, Jira, Xray, etc. * Knowledge of IT technologies and programming languages: Java, VScripts, or others. * SQL/DB knowledge. * Knowledge to perform automated testing for web, services, microservices, and desktop applications. **Optional** * Desired experience with continuous integration tools: Jenkins and others. * Desired knowledge of performance testing: JMeter, Performance Center, etc. * Desired knowledge of security testing (vulnerability detection). **About Inetum** We are **Inetum**, an agile services company delivering digital solutions and a global group of technologists accompanying clients through their digital transformation journey by maximizing the digital flow.
