Technical and advisory reference, promoting continuous improvement **Job Description****Mission** Responsible for leading, inspiring, and growing the testing team in ISTQB methodological excellence and Agile Testing. **Responsibilities** * Manage testing team demand and assignment of prioritized client project activities, monitoring and evaluating the performance of testing team members. * Lead the planning, design, estimation, functional and non-functional test strategy, and test execution phases. * Lead test automation initiatives, ensuring efficiency and scalability of the frameworks used. * Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks based on quality engineering and agile development principles. * Ensure continuous integration of testing within the development lifecycle, promoting quality from early stages. * Act as a technical and advisory reference to the client, presenting progress, results, and proposals for continuous improvement. * Support the QA team in adopting best practices, methodologies, and quality standards. * Actively participate in defining test strategies, tools, and automation pipelines. * Monitor and evaluate the performance of testing team members. * Ensure compliance with established testing best practices based on ISTQB and Agile Testing methodology guidelines. * Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, and ensure understanding and alignment of project scope with the testing team. * Design, develop, and execute automation scripts with support from the testing team. * Promote continuous improvement of the testing process and implementation of improvement actions. * Ensure achievement of project KPIs. * Collaborate with other roles in the project team. **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of software testing experience, including at least 3 years in automation. * 3 years leading testing teams, with advanced knowledge of traditional and agile project management. * SCRUM and ISTQB Foundation Level Tester certifications. * Practical experience with automated testing tools: Selenium, UFT, Postman, etc. * Experience leading high-complexity projects with multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of quality management tools: Quality Center, Jira, Xray, etc. * Knowledge of IT technologies and programming languages: Java, VBScript, or others. * Experience performing automated tests for web applications, services, microservices, and desktop applications. * Knowledge of Oracle SQL and SQL Server. * Familiarity with OWASP ZAP, Acunetix WVS Consultant, and HP WebInspect. * Experience with SonarQube. * Knowledge and experience with Jenkins, Git, and Docker. * AWS experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and associated tools. * Knowledge of performance testing: JMeter, Performance Center, etc. * Desired knowledge of security testing (vulnerability detection). **About Inetum** We are **Inetum**, an agile services company delivering digital solutions and a global group of technologists accompanying clients through their digital transformation journey by maximizing the digital flow.
