Job Summary: Responsible for leading, inspiring, and growing a testing team, ensuring methodological excellence and adherence to best practices in Agile Testing. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and grow the testing team with methodological excellence. 2. Ensure compliance with ISTQB best practices and Agile Testing. 3. Promote continuous improvement and collaboration within the team. **Job Description****Mission** Responsible for leading, inspiring, and growing the testing team in ISTQB and Agile Testing methodological excellence. **Responsibilities** * Manage testing team workload and assignment of prioritized client project activities, tracking and evaluating the performance of testing team members. * Lead the planning, design, estimation, functional and non-functional test strategy, and test execution phases. * Ensure compliance with established testing best practices based on ISTQB and Agile Testing methodological guidelines. * Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, ensuring shared understanding and alignment of project requirement scope with the testing team. * Develop the project automation strategy. * Design, develop, and execute automation scripts with support from the testing team. * Identify, log, and ensure correction of detected defects. * Organize, stimulate, and encourage collaboration and motivation among project team members. * Promote continuous improvement of the testing process and implementation of improvement actions. * Ensure achievement of project KPIs. * Ensure adherence to Inetum’s and the client’s values, standards, and policies. * Collaborate with other roles within the project team. **Profile****Requirements** * University degree in Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 3 years of experience leading testing teams, with advanced knowledge of traditional and Agile project management. * Experience in test data strategy. * Certifications in SCRUM and ISTQB. * Practical experience with automated testing tools: Selenium, UFT, Postman, etc. * Experience leading highly complex projects with multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of quality management tools: Quality Center, Jira, Xray, etc. * Knowledge of IT technologies and programming languages: Java, VScripts, or others. * SQL/DB knowledge. * Ability to perform automated testing for web, services, microservices, and desktop applications. **Optional** * Desired experience with continuous integration tools: Jenkins and others. * Desired knowledge of performance testing: JMeter, Performance Center, etc. * Desired knowledge of security testing (vulnerability detection). **About Inetum** We are **Inetum**, an agile services company delivering digital solutions and a global group of technologists accompanying clients through their digital transformation journey—maximizing digital flow.
