Binance is looking for an experienced QA Engineer (mid to senior level) to support testing of our high\-performance backend software stack. This entails the full life cycle of testing from designing tests to identify and understand issues, developing them into scripts and executing them for future iterations. This is a full\-time position which offers hybrid working in APAC region. ### **Responsibilities** * Hands\-on manual investigation and reproduction of functional backend software issues. * Design, implement, and manage automated solutions to replace manual processes in a distributed system environment. * Identification of current test script deficiencies and candidates for additional scripted coverage. * Investigatory testing of unreleased features including defining requirements, behavior and impact. * Documentation and write the test report for above. ### **Requirements** * 5\+ years of backend QA engineering experience. * Full cycle testing from designing manual tests, developing scripts and execution. * Strong experience with Unix/Linux (must\-have). * Scripting ability using Bash and Python (must\-have 3\+ years of experience). * Experience testing backend services such as APIs, Databases, distributed services (non\-monolithic). * Good to have additional DevOps knowledge or experience. * Enjoys breaking things and solving problems \- not just able to find out the 'what', but also the 'why'. * Clear, logical communicator in English. **Why Binance*** Shape the future with the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem * Collaborate with world\-class talent in a user\-centric global organization with a flat structure * Tackle unique, fast\-paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environment * Thrive in a results\-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning * Competitive salary and company benefits * Work\-from\-home arrangement (the arrangement may vary depending on the work nature of the business team) Binance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
