Job Summary: Lead a store team, manage communication with back office, identify commercial opportunities, and ensure compliance with brand processes and values. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ongoing training and opportunities to represent global brands You will be responsible for leading your store team and serving as the communication link with back office, capable of identifying and activating commercial opportunities across cross-functional teams. As Team Leader, your mission is to promote adherence to our brands’ processes, working collaboratively and in alignment with Puig’s culture and values. **Your Challenges** * Organize the team and propose work schedules * Drive, advise on, and close sales * Provide offline or online advisory services as part of the customer shopping experience * Execute inventory management and ensure correct usage of stock, testers, and work materials * Implement brand guidelines: cleanliness, layout, shelf testers, counters, wrapping, and sampling * Lead the BA team, gather and communicate daily sales targets and back office instructions * Submit weekly reports (sales progress vs. quota, feedback on launches, stockouts, database) * Convey Puig’s values through interpersonal skills and adherence to standards of perfect appearance, composure, and uniform presentation **We’d Love to Meet You If You Have** * 2 years of relevant experience * Basic Excel proficiency (preferred) * Basic digital skills (preferred) * Leadership and communication skills * Work location: Department store (Retail Falabella or Ripley) * Working hours: Rotating shifts (11:00 AM–8:00 PM or 12:30 PM–9:30 PM) **What We Offer** * Continuous training to enhance your professional development * Fixed salary + performance-based commissions * Profit-sharing participation * Corporate discounts on our products * The opportunity to represent globally recognized brands within an internationally acclaimed company Apply now and join the PUIG universe!
