The ideal candidate must possess solid experience in designing scalable, efficient, and consistent solutions across web and mobile ecosystems. Their primary objective will be to drive technical excellence, optimize development processes, and ensure end-to-end product quality, acting as the technical bridge between business strategy and its execution. **Work Mode:** 100% on-site in San Isidro **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. MyApps is a company specialized in custom software development, tailored to each client's specific needs. Requirements The Technical Leader will be responsible for defining robust architectures and guiding the team to ensure product quality at every stage. Their responsibilities include: **Technical Leadership:** Lead and direct the technical execution of backend and frontend development teams. **Architecture:** Define, document, and defend end\-to\-end architectural decisions (APIs, microservices, and databases). **Mentorship and Quality:** Promote and ensure adherence to coding best practices (Clean Code, SOLID), adoption of automated testing (Unit/Widget), and code review processes. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Ensure smooth and effective communication among Development, QA, PMO, and Product teams. **Product Vision:** Provide holistic insights and actively propose features that optimize user experience and align technical strategy with business objectives. Required Technical Specializations 1\. Backend & Data **Core Ecosystem:** Expert-level proficiency in PHP/Laravel. **Databases:** Solid experience with MySQL and SQL Server. **APIs:** Advanced API management (REST and GraphQL), including microservice design, error handling, and efficient serialization. **Containerization:** Experience developing and deploying applications using Docker/Kubernetes. **Other Technologies (Plus):** Knowledge of .NET Core, Spring Boot, and Node.js/Python. **Monitoring:** Experience implementing and managing monitoring, logging, and crash reporting tools (Sentry, Crashlytics) to ensure platform stability.
