Monitoring and tracking of risk controls Enaco S.A. \- Published on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 Cusco \- Cusco \- San Sebastian Full Time La Empresa Nacional de la Coca S.A. is a Peruvian company with over half a century of experience in the procurement, marketing, and industrialization of Coca Leaf (Erythroxylum coca) and its derivatives for lawful and health-beneficial purposes. **PUBLISHED:** TUESDAY, JUNE 16, 2026 SELECTIVE CONTROL ANALYST \- TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT **Details:** JOB MISSION To propose, advise, and support the development of proposals for standards and methodologies for implementing Corporate Good Governance, Risk Management, and Internal Control. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** a.Develop, implement, and maintain up-to-date methodologies and other components of Operational Risk Management, Information Security Management System, and Business Continuity Management, elevating them to the appropriate authorities for approval; identifying training needs and conducting dissemination activities for these management tools; b.Provide advisory and support services for establishing implementation methodologies and verifying compliance with Corporate Good Governance principles within the Company; c.Verify compliance with Corporate Good Governance principles approved for the Company; d.Consolidate information for reporting self-assessment results to FONAFE; e.Support advisory efforts regarding the implementation of Corporate Good Governance principles approved for the Company; f.Review execution of the Company’s Annual Corporate Good Governance Plan; g.Supervise, in coordination with the Selective Control Manager, the effectiveness of Corporate Good Governance practices under which the Company operates; h.Coordinate the corporate induction process for Directors and Board Chairpersons; i.Monitor and track controls identified and proposed concerning risks identified in the Company’s processes, sub-processes, and/or procedures; j.Identify and propose action plans to enhance the maturity level of operational risk management through its risk assessment and control activity components; k.Perform other duties delegated or assigned by the immediate supervisor or inherent to the position. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** University graduate in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. **Specialization/Certifications:** Desirable specialization in Internal Control or Risk Management **Knowledge:** oInternal Control System oAudits oBasic-level Office software (desirable) o EXPERIENCE **General:** Minimum 3 years of professional experience in administrative, internal control, risk management, or related functions within public or private institutions, preferably in the commercial or mass-consumption sectors. **Specific:** Minimum 2 years of specific professional experience as an assistant or analyst in internal control, risk management, or related areas within public or private institutions, preferably in the commercial or mass-consumption sectors.
