Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst - Payroll with experience in accounting, payroll, and labor compliance to join our team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the end-to-end execution and validation of payroll and benefits. 2. Analyze complex accounting reconciliations and ensure financial integrity. 3. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting (mandatory). * Minimum 4 years of experience in treasury and financial management. * Experience in administration and supervision of payroll processes. * Advanced Excel (mandatory). * Intermediate English (mandatory). * Knowledge of internal controls and auditing. Responsibilities * Supervise the end-to-end execution and validation of payroll and benefits. * Analyze complex accounting reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial information. * Supervise regulatory compliance related to payroll, taxes, and labor benefits. * Manage critical incidents and coordinate with internal clients and external entities. * Identify opportunities for improvement and automation in payroll processes. * Provide support on accounting and financial matters related to personnel management.
