Opportunity to become part of a great family. **TERRAMAR GROUP AND PREVENGO LATAM** We are a leading company in the Maritime\-Port sector, with over 20 years of experience delivering specialized consulting and inspection services in engineering, risk analysis, occupational health and safety, incident and industrial emergency response, sampling and quality certification of cargo loading and unloading, as well as training and certification services in port, mining, and industrial safety backed by our CETPRO license. **We are looking for a commercial advisor with call center experience who meets the following criteria:** · Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in Occupational Health and Safety courses). · Training in telesales and customer service. · Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). · Strong communication skills and ability to identify and address customer needs. · Ability to work collaboratively, optimize commercial strategies, and tackle challenges. **Your daily responsibilities will include:** · Contacting potential clients in the sector to provide information about port and Occupational Health and Safety courses, conducting follow-ups until enrollment is confirmed. · Managing the assigned client portfolio and recording sales status. · Following up on sales to ensure timely payment. · Preparing call, quotation, and contact reports. · Meeting weekly and monthly assigned targets. · Presenting weekly commercial indicators and sales forecasts. · Sending status reports to clients when required. · Managing certificate delivery to clients. · Performing other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Immediate availability required at** Av.
