MASPROD SAC is looking for: ASSEMBLER WELDER Location: Lurín – Lima Job Objective: To perform assembly, preparation, and welding tasks for metal structures, industrial equipment, and metal-mechanical components, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and established safety procedures. Requirements: * Technician in Universal Welding, Metal Construction, Production Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assembler Welder in metal-mechanical or industrial companies. * Experience with SMAW and GMAW (MIG/MAG) welding processes. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical and fabrication drawings. * Experience assembling metal structures, pressure vessels, tanks, hoppers, or industrial equipment. * Proficiency in using measuring and layout tools. * Availability to work in Lurín. Main Responsibilities: * Interpret manufacturing drawings and technical specifications. * Perform layout, preparation, and assembly of metal components. * Carry out welding tasks according to established procedures. * Verify dimensions, alignment, and assembly quality prior to final welding. * Perform basic finishing and correction of observations. * Comply with industrial quality and safety standards. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Report deviations, defects, or technical issues encountered during fabrication. * Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization activities.
