




Position Summary: GAMBELL GORUP is seeking a Construction Administrator in Tacna to coordinate the supervision office and manage personnel, contracts, and project finances. Key Highlights: 1. At **GAMBELL GORUP**, we are searching for top talent to fill the position of: **Construction Administrator**, for a construction supervision project in **TACNA**: **Responsibilities:** 1\. Coordinate the establishment of the supervision office from inception, including location, equipment, accommodation service providers, transportation, meals, and all other requirements necessary for operational readiness. 2\. Manage payments to construction site personnel (collecting receipts, submitting incident reports, and other required documentation). 3\. Implement administrative policies and procedures for the Project, such as attendance control, visitor management, and other requirements arising from the nature of the Project. 4\. Manage all contracts supporting operations (e.g., rentals, services), verifying information and structure in advance with the Legal Department designated for this purpose. 5\. Prepare, submit, and monitor the Project’s cash flow, analyzing actual results according to established policies and procedures to ensure supervision activities proceed smoothly and to coordinate necessary corrective actions. 6\. Coordinate with Talent Management on hiring and termination processes, personnel contracts, onboarding, EMO (Occupational Medical Examination), contract renewals, and payroll processing to avoid sanctions from regulatory authorities and Sunafil. 7\. Manage SCTR and Life Insurance enrollments and cancellations, shift and rest schedules, and purchase of travel tickets for project personnel, in accordance with contractual terms. 8\. Manage various project purchases in coordination with Logistics and within the allocated budget. 9\. Fulfill cash requirements via the project’s petty cash fund, ensuring that supporting documents and amounts are consistent, and coordinating replenishment with Treasury. 10\. Manage an efficient asset inventory control system for the Project. 11\. Coordinate employee wellness activities in collaboration with Human Resources. 12\. Populate management KPIs according to assigned responsibilities and established procedures to quantify objective achievement. 13\. Contribute to process structuring by gathering cross-functional information, enabling implementation of corresponding flowcharts. 14\.
