




At **GAMBELL GROUP**, we are looking for the best talent to fill the position of: **Construction Site Administrator*****,*** for a construction site supervision in **TACNA:** **Responsibilities:** 1\. Coordinate the setup of the supervision office from day one, including location, equipment, service providers for accommodation, transportation, meals, and all necessary elements for its operation. 2\. Manage on-site personnel payments (collect receipts, report incidents, and other requirements for this purpose). 3\. Implement project administrative policies and procedures such as attendance control, visitor management, and any others required by the nature of the project. 4\. Manage all contracts supporting operations (rentals, services), previously validating information and structure with the established Legal support team. 5\. Prepare, present, and monitor the Project's cash flow, analyzing actual results according to established policies and procedures, ensuring supervision activities are sustained and coordinating necessary corrective actions. 6\. Coordinate with Talent Management processes related to hiring and termination, staff contracts, employee onboarding, EMO, contract renewals, and payroll to avoid penalties from regulatory entities and Sunafil. 7\. Manage enrollments and cancellations for SCTR and Life Insurance, shift and rest schedules, and purchase travel tickets for project personnel according to contractual terms. 8\. Manage various project purchases in coordination with Logistics and within the assigned budget. 9\. Meet cash needs through the project’s petty cash fund, ensuring receipts and amounts are accurate, and coordinate replenishment with Treasury. 10\. Manage an efficient asset inventory control system for the project. 11\. Coordinate employee well-being activities in coordination with Human Resources. 12\. Update management KPIs based on performed functions, following established procedures, to quantify goal achievement levels. 13\. Contribute to process structuring by gathering cross-functional information related to responsibilities, enabling implementation of corresponding flowcharts. 14\.
