Your journey toward impact and innovation starts here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Support contract management activities across a broad range of mining-sector engineering, construction, EPC, and EPCM projects. * Implement contract-related processes and procedures across all project lifecycle phases and for the Business Unit, including engineering, construction, EPC, or EPCM projects. * Apply industry-recognized Contract Standards. * Implement contract-area processes and procedures, including Liquidated Damages, Backcharges, Penalties, and Contractual Claims Management processes for engineering, construction, EPC, and EPCM projects within the Business Unit. * Participate in weekly and monthly coordination meetings. * Ensure compliance with contractual agreements. * Prepare letters / minutes. * Control RFIs / minutes / contractual documentation. * Generate change orders / payment certificates (supporting documentation). * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in the performance of related activities, among others. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. * Postgraduate diploma and/or Master’s degree in finance and/or administration and/or engineering in general. * Minimum of 8 years’ experience in similar roles within the mining and engineering sectors. * Experience in construction / engineering / EPC / EPCM contract administration. * Knowledge and expertise in tendering processes (budgetary and/or firm-price), strategic contract management and planning for construction, management of major contracts during execution and construction, as well as interface management with Estimating and Planning departments within engineering, EPC, and EPCM projects. * Availability to work at our Lima \- Miraflores offices. \#Perú \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Hybrid **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 8**Job Posting** Jul 13, 2026, 2:59:05 PM
