A specialized telecommunications engineering company is looking for a **Field Supervisor** for energy, mining, and industrial sector projects. The professional will be responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating field telecommunications activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality standards, safety, and technical requirements established by the client. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise field telecommunications work execution, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and project quality standards. * Supervise installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of radiofrequency systems, microwave links, fiber optic systems, and telecommunications networks. * Coordinate and supervise technical personnel during field activity execution. * Supervise work at height, verifying compliance with safety procedures and standards established for such tasks. * Supervise field technical data collection and updating (e.g., drawings), as well as technical documentation updates when required. * Supervise equipment inventory at each station and verify proper management of permit documentation and related files. * Supervise communication, coverage, and functionality testing of installed systems. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for microwave links, fiber optics, telecommunications networks, and grounding pits. * Prepare daily reports, progress reports, and final project reports for the client and Project Manager. * Maintain continuous coordination with the Project Manager, SSOMA department, and other involved departments to ensure project objectives are met. **Requirements** * Degree holder, registered with the professional association, and licensed in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Field Supervisor or Telecommunications Supervisor in telecommunications projects. * Certified experience supervising telecommunications work involving radiofrequency, microwave link installation and maintenance, fiber optics, and telecommunications networks. * Certified experience supervising work at height. * Experience in field technical data collection, drawing updates, and technical documentation preparation. * Experience in communication, coverage, and grounding pit maintenance testing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD. * Knowledge of GPS and measurement tools. * Familiarity with safety procedures for mining operations (ATS, IPERC, PETAR, and HSE standards). * Experience supervising technical crews. * Willingness to travel. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Problem solving. * Results orientation. * Proactivity. **Benefits** * Participation in a high-impact telecommunications project. * Per diems covered according to the project. * Timely payments. * Professional development opportunity. * Excellent work environment.
